Reed Helps Launch ‘Christians in Parliament’ Website

Andy Reed, MP for Loughborough, helped launch the Christians in Parliament (CIP) website today in Westminster.

Reed is former Chair of the Parliamentary group which unites all Christians working within Parliament, and he continues to be involved with the running of this group.

Reed said:

“CIP is a non-party political group and is backed by all 3 main political parties and their Christian bodies. We have members from across the Parliamentary estate and from a variety of backgrounds.

“As well as the MPs and Lords, we have MPs & Lords staff, refreshment department staff, library staff, cleaners, contractors and the Parliamentary wives too! We are very inclusive and it is great that we now have website which not only allows people outside Parliament to see what Christians are doing here, but also allows people inside Parliament to get to know each other better.

“I would urge people to check out the new site at http://www.christiansinparliament.org.uk and learn a bit more about our work here.”
