Pension Bill 2006

The Pension Bill was laid before Parliament on 29th November. I have set out below some of the documentation and links to further details. This is a major piece of legislation that will set the framework for pensions in this country hopefully for the next 50-100 years. It is vital therefore that we get it right. I would welcome any comments and observations.
