Thugs Will Not Win Hunt Battle

Andy Reed today branded hunt protestors who vandalised his Loughborough offices as 'pathetic'. He today pledged not to bow to bullying tactics.

The local Loughborough Candidate had the outside of his Fennel Street offices and windows covered in pro-hunt stickers and posters last night - as well as poster boards hammered into the building with rusty nails.

Although this has caused damage to the property Reed said it proved the protesters had lost the argument and that they now had to resort to bullying tactics.

Reed said:

"The people who have caused this damage to the offices are simply pathetic, I don't know what they think they will achieve. I do not give in to bullies and I remain opposed to hunting.

"Hunt protestors have lost the argument in parliament and also with the majority of people in Britain - I am pleased that we have steered through a ban on hunting with dogs, people have made it clear they want this to stop and hunters now must obey the law.

"I am sure this pointless vandalism will have lost these protesters even more support locally as they resort to futile, and illegal, gestures. The message from me is clear - vote Andy Reed and hunting stays banned."
