Off-Road Vehicles (Registration) Bill

This private member's bill from Graham Stringer MP has caused some controversy, especially amongst motor-bike users and enthusiasts.
I have brought many of these concerns to the attention of Graham Stringer and have informed him of your views. You can read his response below.

I will watch how this bill evolves through the committee stage, where amendments and changes will be made before any vote will take place. We must try to work toward the best solution for tackling the anti-social behaviour that is associated with the increase in sales of mini motorcycles, which still recognises the role of the responsible motorcycle owner.

Generally I believe the idea of the Bill is good and well intentioned and I am confident that Graham Stringer can meet the GENUINE issues and concerns raised by interested groups to make this work in practice.
